Commercial Diving Solutions has extensive experience in the design, installation and maintenance of ocean moorings and zone markers due to our involvement in the preliminary and design stages and subsequent contractual commitment with:

• Solitary Islands Marine Park (SIMP)

• Cook Island Aquatic Reserve (CIAR)

This has involved:

• Investigation and site assessment for suitable mooring locations.

• Determination and solution of environmental issues.

• Facilitation of appropriate design in consultation with authorities, user groups and marine surveyor.

• Quarterly inspection, cleaning, removal and/or replacement if necessary.

• Detailed documentation and reporting of the condition of these moorings and zone markers.

Four systems currently consist of light and heavy vessel moorings (13m LOA, max 15t and 25m LOA, max 80t),  as well as island zone markers and heavy duty, solar powered lit off-shore zone markers.
